To place an order, send an e-mail to fred@fredwasmer.com and let me know the id numbers of the print(s) you wish to order, the print sizes, and your name and shipping address.

I'll reply with a confirmation that includes the total price (including shipping and, for Florida residents, sales tax) and an estimated shipping date. I'm happy to answer any questions and discuss any special requests that you may have.

Once we've agreed on the order details, I'll e-mail you an invoice. You can make your payment securely via PayPal using either a PayPal account or a major credit or debit card.

If you prefer, you can also pay by check, made payable to “Fred Wasmer Photography” and mailed to 4313 SW 98th Place, Gainesville, Florida 32608, United States. Checks must be in US dollars and drawn on a US bank account.

When I'm in the studio, print orders are usually fulfilled within a few days. However, my photography schedule frequently takes me out of town. To insure that all prints are of the highest quality, I personally create them myself, so orders received while I'm away will be fulfilled when I return.

If you need your prints quickly, feel free to contact me. I can let you know my schedule, and give you an expected delivery time.

Art is something you form an emotional connection to, and it can be difficult to know if you're going to bond with a piece until you've spent some time with it. I'd much prefer to take a piece back rather than leave you with a print you don't love.

So, I offer a 3 month guarantee — if you're not fully satisfied, you can return a print, no questions asked, and the full purchase price will be refunded. I only ask that you return the print to me in as-received condition.

Shipping is guaranteed. All prints are carefully packed using sturdy shipping materials. While damage during transit is very rare, if it does happen, let me know and I'll immediately send you a replacement print.
